Accelerate construction! Fuzhou Jasmine Tea Minqing Industrial Park rushes towards production →

Recently, as the core carrier for the upgrading of Fuzhou jasmine tea industry, the Fuzhou Jasmine Tea Minqing Industrial Park has entered a critical construction period—since the official start of factory construction in May 2025, the project has been advancing various tasks at an "accelerated pace." Currently, some factory buildings in the first phase have completed the foundation construction of the bearing platform, and it is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of March 2026. In the future, the industrial park will form an industrial scale with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons and an output value of nearly 300 million yuan, injecting strong momentum into the development of local specialty industries.

It is reported that since the start of construction, the Minqing Industrial Park has anchored its goals on "high quality and scale," successfully introducing Minrong Tea Industry and 13 other high-quality tea enterprises, covering industry benchmark companies and local time-honored brands. Among them, the national leading enterprise Minrong Tea Industry Group, with its mature industrial chain integration capabilities, will bring national brand resources and advanced production concepts to the industrial park; the municipal time-honored brand Fujian Luming Tea Co., Ltd. has settled in with its profound local tea-making craftsmanship, helping deeply integrate traditional techniques with modern industrial models. The concentrated settlement of quality enterprises not only builds a diversified and complementary industrial ecosystem for the park but also establishes its core position in Fuzhou jasmine tea industry.

Currently, the first phase of the industrial park's construction is progressing intensively. This section is jointly invested by 9 enterprises with 60 million yuan, planning to build 13 standardized factory buildings with a total construction area of 36,000 square meters, providing enterprises with modern spaces integrating production, processing, and storage. According to the construction site, some factory buildings have successfully completed the foundation construction of the bearing platform. Subsequent main structure erection, equipment installation, and other work will proceed orderly as planned to ensure completion and production by the end of March 2026. At that time, the park will take the lead in releasing production capacity, promoting a key step toward the scaled production of Fuzhou jasmine tea.

"To ensure the efficient advancement of the project, we always prioritize enterprise support services," said a relevant person in charge of Tazhuang Town. In the next phase, they will continue to strengthen policy coordination and resource alignment measures, providing "point-to-point" precise services addressing enterprises' needs in land use, electricity, and procedure handling during construction, fully resolving difficulties and bottlenecks in project progress to ensure the construction pace does not slow and goals are not compromised.

Notably, while advancing factory construction, the industrial park has simultaneously planned the extension layout of the industrial chain. In the future, it will use the "company + cooperative + base + farmer" cooperation model as a link to expand jasmine planting scale, planning to drive the development of nearly 3,000 mu of jasmine planting bases in surrounding areas and create standardized planting demonstration zones. This model not only provides stable and high-quality raw material supply for enterprises in the industrial park but also directly increases farmers' income, achieving a win-win of "industrial upgrading" and "wealth increase for the people," promoting the formation of an integrated full-chain development pattern of "planting—processing—sales" in the Fuzhou jasmine tea industry.
